So, does anybody use this app? I've seen it be mentioned before but never really thought about it until now. It seems like a really cool idea. I downloaded the install and everything and I'm try to get Street Fighter 3 online but no go. Anybody use this frequently?

I used it a few years ago with my xbox, and played halo 1 with my friends. So yea its a pretty nice little program. I haven't used it in a while though but never did try it with my psp anyways, could be though a problem with whether your using a wireless router or a WiFi max.

Did you try forwarding the ports on your router for xlink?

That might help. How would one do that? I'm not good with computers, only consoles, so a dumbed down version would be much appreciated :D

http://portforward.com

That would be an excellent place to start^
Only problem you might encounter is setting up your computer to use a static IP address, but if I was you I would just use the IP address that your computer is already assigned as in most cases it won't change (locally assigned IP's that is). But yea, I would definitely try that first, just select your type of router from the list and look for xlink kai on the list that comes up.

Still nothing. The games don't pop up in xlink, nor does the checker say the port is open.

Are u sure you forwarded the port correctly? The checker should say that the port is open, I'm almost willing to bet thats your problem if the checker says the port is not forwarded correctly. Try posting a screenshot of the browser window where u forwarded the ports.
