well didint you give out a link to C++? They have text editors on there. Iw ill look for some on google.

I assume you want one for windows? If so "TextPad" is a really good free one.

for psp the only good one i know of is pspda, view, edit, and make .txt files on ur psp while listening to ur favorite song.
