C++ help(only for people who know C++)

alright, I have my compiler and heres what Im trying to do:

Im trying to run that. Now, when I compile it it is FINALLY compiled, but NOW, when i hit run, nothing happens! I mean wtf! So I guess this must be normal. How do i turn this into a .exe file? Please help!!!!
