for people who played ff1 olny

i need help i am having a hard time with the charater combantion and names HELP!!!

Man, that was like 18 years ago lol. The only thing i remember is that twards the end of the game if you keep going back and forth over this bridge you have something like a 1/255 chance of fighting warmech (if that was his name). I forget what you get for killing it but if I remember correctly it was worth it.
