FF VII remake

Do you guys think they will make a re-make, and if so, will it match the first one?

yes. for ps3. and no it wont match.

i think they will release a 7 remake for ps3. Square made a 7 tech demo for ps3 and it looked ever so sweeettt. And it so totaly matched every movement of the original. I have a feeling its going to be announced after dirge of cerebrus.

Know i read that it's not a remake, the footage they had shown of ff7 opening scene with ps3 graphics was just a taste of what there bringing(namely there not remaking it just showing off ff graphics).

Im hoping they remake it, they have remade so many of the others with little bits of improved content here and there. The remake of FF6(?) coming soon to the DS with all new 3D graphics gives me hope that every battle scene will look even better than the final fight between Cloud and Sephiroth at the end of FFVII on the PS3. Unfortunately it is likely that square would perfer to put its resources into making an entire new game rather than remake this classic.

That doesnt qualify as a remake of FFVII.

I wouldn't really want them to remake it any ways... I mean most things redone suck donkey, and if you don't agree you need to watch the southpark episode about raiders of the lost ark and other movie remakes lol.

They should remake FFVII and FFIV
