You mean his animated avatar? Well it depends on what program you are using but can give you a quick walk through assuming you are using photoshop.
1.Put each frame on a different layer
2.Open the animation toolbox
3. In the first frame make only the first layer visible
4. Make a new frame
5. In the second frame make only the second layer visible
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 as necessary
7. Save as animated gif (not too sure how just try saving as gif and it should do it automatically)

maybe he did and i didnt see it, but he never showed what version it was
at the end of the 'downgrade.'
also, when he 'downgraded', he still had the web browser (yes i know, 2.0s have browsers)
but he didnt like go to the icon to let us see if the RSS Channel was still there.
anyway, i think it is comeplete, utter, giant, tall pile of bull Sh*t.
