Hijacking homepage help!!

Help I think I have a Hijacker on me, everytime I open my IE explorer, my hompage keeps changing back to the following
URL:

http://deluxe-se.com/pr/remove_spyware/1/index.html

I have tried resetting my hompage to its defeault, and I tried using the following programs
Ad Aware se personal,Spybot S&D,Microsoft Anti Spyware Beta, Advance Spyware Remover,AVG Free Edition
and I tried Cleaning my PC with CCleaner,DCleaner,and X cleaner full to clean up my tracks. but this
page keeps coming back!! How do I get rid of this thing!!

try cleaning all temp files, cookies, and type in a new homepage in the homepage bar. Also, click start> run> type msconfig click ok> then go to startup tab and uncheck anything that looks supicious like WhenU; a bearshare adware addon. and restart pc and see if u get the homepage u want.

Yeah, I should just probably stick with my Yahoo Browser, but I will still try whatever I can.

Well technically anything can be hacked but firefox is much safer.
