Hotspots for PSP

I heard sony will be releasing hotspots for the PSP pretty soon

Thats cool, I hope it can work without a wireless router.

Of course it can, it's just a normal wireless hotspot, your psp can access any hotspot just like a laptop.

Do I have to go that place in order for it to work?

of course... they have range of a few hundred feet only... im india and here theres a lot of private players but it aint free... on the plus side it costs very less to the tune of 3USD/month unlimited usage

they need to relase a program for psp that finds the WEP key for hotspots

That would be awesome! PSP==best wardriving tool ever with that.

that would be nice but i have a router now so i really dont have to worry bout that. I just wish that u could play socom online with 1.5.....o well evuently.

i tot the new gameloader from MPH allows you to play any 2.0+ games on 1.5...

i think the guy that made a program called wifi sniffer can add that to where itll display connections with their password. But since he release it for everyone he didnt, i bet he made himself a "special" edition wifi snifer
