most ppl are looking for the 2.61/3.00 update so they can start looking for exploits in it to make a downgrader or a reliable eboot loader...

2.61 is a fake it was photoshoped and look at the homepage thats the pic im talkin bout and as far as 3.00 goes i hope its soon but u cant ask that everyone has aabout the same clue as u do so its really pointless to ask but i cant wait to at least see it.

3.00 will have a camera, ps1/2 emu, GPS, and ALOT of new lineup of games. I cant wait either. And a keyboard was announced as well. But not sure if it needs a specific firmware though.

Id wait if i were u cause ur gonna have to pay for it and plus im sure a downgrader will be out soon enough that i still have to pay 125 to get my broken psp fixed so that i can upgrade that one.

I'm sure it won't cost more then 50 bucks and i have to say that being able to play those key rpg's perfectly on the psp is better then any homebrew (in my opinion).

yup if u have a 1.5 dont get rid of a good thing it not worth like i upgraded back in the day to 2.00 for the browser and regretted it for the longest time im sure someone will mod a ps1 emu from the new fw.
