well if there isn't a post out there like this maybe this should be one :) i wanted to get a few games that are out there but scared what version they'll have on it .. these are a few games i am curious about

well so far all I know is that Death Jr is a crappy game, don't buy it unless you would like to see a game worse than E.T. but if you must know it's 1.50 and Maverick Hunter X is 2.50, i'm pretty sure ridge racer and MGA are 1.50 too i think.

No, not at all.. I am just trying to help him, cause that dev evolution game booter or the loader that loads 2.x UMDs on a 1.5 is like 16mb.... and I need to find that page where we have games and firmware required..

thanks for all your guys help i'm just gonna have to buy GTA ... i have version 2.0 already but i dont want to go any higher then that because 2.0 is already anoying enough to use with homebrews i can just imagin with GTA how much more anoying it is then .. because loading the game going to the save and all that bull crap .....

but yeah i might just end up buying GTA just for the homebrews ... never liked GTA but well maybe i'll get into it :P

On a 2.0 you do not need GTA for any homebrews at all..

if sony is so worried about psp games being download and played as a rom coudln't they do something else just to stop that from happening insted of just messing up everything .. no homebrews, no NES, no SNES, gameboy ect

i my self dont play and PSP games as roms i buy them but now it is stoping me from buying them because i'm worried about updating my psp and not being able to play any of the systems i stated above .. i mean its my psp i bought it already i should be able to do what i want with it ... huh oh well

Wow..I strongly agree with what you've just said.

-Personally, I say you write a letter/note to SONY yourself saying your concerns etc. They might not write back but that's all good.
