Even my schools wifi is encrypted :( The only place that it has worked for me was out side our casino..

It probably because ur right by the router that ur nieghbors have i used to do the same thing but i have a router now so it doesnt matter anymore.

I had got a 100% signal when my PSP was next to my cell phone but I still couldn't connect for some reason, I also get
a signal from that could be either from my Satelite, because when I go outside and hold my PSP up in the air, I get a little
different signal.
