yeah there is, they cracked the 3.10+ topmenu.

has anybody actually changed the icons in 3.4 because the thing that im wondering about is how it will work without the certificate utilty icon. Did sony take that away certificate utilityon purpose to mess up xmb customizations?

No clue. I can safely say that I won't be upgrading anymore though, because
I like how I have my stuff right now. If I did upgrade, and Sony did make it
so that we couldn't customize our PSP, then I would be pissed off.

in 3.40 the icon is still there, it just doesn't do anything.

i upgraded to 3.40 oe-a, and completely love it.

I have all my top_menu plugins thanks to that amazing programmer (I forgot his name now, but i believe it is something Zanga...)

That was the only thing stopping me from moving on from 3.03 oe-c, but now that it was fixed, i am never turning back.
