help xmb

i got a new XMb AND need help installing i got it from evolvexmb.co.nr and its called simply black i have 3.40oe

P.S. i need step by step instruction on installing it also can you add theme cycler instruction
thanks alot for helping a noob on a journey to becoming a brewmaster
