Transfer .rar files to usable PSP games

Okay, so my guess is I'll come across really dumb here but I subscribed to pspblender and started downloading games from there. The files that are downloaded are .rar files, and I downloaded WINrar to open those. Now I can look at everything in the file but can't figure out what I need to stick in the psp game folder to let my psp recognized the games. I'm having the same problem with videos as well. I convert the videos to MPEG4-AVC and put them in the psp/mp_root/100anv01 folder and nothing.
Can someone tell me what the heck to do here? PLEASE!!!
BTW - If it matters I'm running Version 3.01, I'm not sure if that matters

Kay just got to your removable drive the main part were it has a couple of folders like MP_ROOT, PSP, ISO etc etc. Well make a folder called VIDEO and place the movies in there.

Tried that already, and then I just tried it again - and it still states: There are no videos.
