I'd ask el loco more about his card actually. I mean... if it works how it is supposed to (minus the reading/ writing times) then it is worth saving $40 IMO.

Well, my card works and i'm happy with it. I think it might be a fake though. almost sure after reading the article. But the read and write time are just as good as the originals. just put a lot of mp3's, photo's, video's and nes, snes, gba and a whole lot of other homebrew. and it actually shipped in like 2 weeks. I think it's worth it. and yah, i'm sure prices will drop more on these. just didn't want to wait.

yea, they sell those babys for like 45 buck on ebay, sometimes cheaper.

yah, works like a charm. no problems yet. hell i still have so much room in it i don't know what else to put in it. need to put some iso's in it. test it out some more. tested out two of them and they worked fine.

but if it is a fake they say you could get a cheaper one on ebay. i don't know about that though.

I suggest using pricewatch.com for anything electronic. They usually have the lowest prices I can find anywhere.
