hmm is it right that 3.40 FW is now able to have homebrew on it? also delete this if you want.

Only 3.40OE-A. Official Sony 3.4 isn't.

Ok, well yeah a custom firmware would let you have homebrew. Do you think someone will make a custom firmware of 3.50 soon?

Yea Dark_Alex may make one eventually but even if he made a 3.50 custom firmware it still wouldn't help you any. You have to have a downgrader for 3.40 in order to downgrade to 1.50 then you can upgrade to 3.50OE-A(If they make one).
