Why don't you just upgrade to a custom firmware?? Jeese your so impatient. And its more complicated then what is the best homebrew app for 1.5. it depends what you want to do. Probably devhook or something. lol

It depends on what your looking for, the most popular apps are emulators, heck
thats about all I know.

But if you want the best, upgrade to custom firmware, it comes with psx emulation.

dude, just go upgrade to 3.40 oe-a, go google/google vid for a tut, (ull find one).
the readme files say it all, hek ill even right up a tut for u, just so u can hav a much better psp
