Not quite sure what's going on in the video... Did that person just downgrade a 3.5 PSP to some other firmware? (couldn't make out the numbers)

I wrote about this on another thread we have here somewhere...basically its the combination of a special memory stick with certain files as well as the special battery that allow it to unbrick. Neither of which are available on the market...qj.net has had this stuff posted a few times as well in their news. Haven't actually seen the video of the process tho, good find.

yea its kind of vague but the numbers say 2.71. odd though that the person switches batteries and it gives a strange screen after. the info on this battery is so obscure i figured any amount of info could be valuable
