Youtube Video seperator

Im trying to get my video of this halo thing I did with my friends but my stupid recorder increases the size and
I cant put it on. Is there any way to make it so its seperated into parts so it can go on youtube?
Like some kind of exe that automatically does this? Id use videodub but...takes too long to save.
