i hate my life...

So far all photoshop CS3 has done is screw with me. I cant do anything. All i get when i try this is that stupid hand. And i can't change it either. None of the shortcuts work, none of the buttons work. Although when i click a button (say the text button). I see the options for it on top, but the hand sign remains on my mouse. And it still works as the hand sign. What the hell do i do? I was able to make other things, but I can't pull this off with out screwing something up in photoshop. that was in Adobe CS3. Now using CS2, I can't use the wind filter on the text. It wont allow me to do any filter till i rasterize it and make the text uneditable (<-- is that a word??).

Any suggestions on my graphics would be nice.

yes...un, as in "not" and editable, as in editable, so, if we put it all together, not editable, not able to be edited ;)

ahhhh cs3 is diffrent then cs2 a little i use both

Ne ways it calld color balance in the layers window there should b a half n half black n white click that and ull get a pop up thing and look for color balance to change the text 2 the fire color

and mess around with it 2 also can get blue flames green n more
