Hue Saturation.
Toggle with it.

in the tool bar at the side... there should be a drop of water or something that is the blur tool... right click that and get the pointing finger (smudge tool)

save for web, either as jpg, gif, or png.

then go to http://xs.to

pick out ur image and click the checkbox and host the image, after that pick the forum link
