PSP-3000

I'm planning to get another PSP and of course I want it to run on a CFW. My question is will a PSP-3000 run on a CFW? If yes, will it be the same converting procedure as the SLIM?

No, it will not run custom firmware. A simple google search would have told you that.

If you want to run CFW, then go get a slim now! And find the oldest one you can cause newer slims before the 3000 release may have the latest, unmodable motherboard.

I'm sure it will be hacked at some point in the future. So if you don't mind waiting then get the 3000. If you need custom firmware urgently on your psp then take brents advioce and go for an earlier model of the slim.
