help with gamesave transfer to psp

I`m new to the psp so can someone please tell me the steps to getting a gamesave from this website to my psp. I would really appreciate it.

Access you PSP Memory Stick through your computer and go to PSP->SAVEGAME and then drop it in there. Make sure the savegame's region is the same as your game.

I tryed that, but it says corrupt data.

Are you sure the region matches? I had the same error with Bleach Heat the Soul 6 until I realized I had an Asian version of the game, not a Japanese version.
