Help On Converting .tff files to pgf files

I found fonts that i want to convert but they are currently .tff files, i downloaded a tff2pgf.rar converter, extracted it and it has all these files. When i double click the .exe program it just pops up and closes very quickly. Whats the problem with the .exe? Can anyone help please?

i went on media-convert.com but it doesnt seem to have a pgf convert any other ideas? =/
