Should I get a Slim PSP?

Is it worth it to trade in my fat psp for a slim? Do the new firmwares still have the bulit in psx emu? Also does the Video output work for homebrew stuff too? One last question, does all the homebrew work the same way on a slim?

The video out just sends a signel to the TV, kind of like a vcr or dvd player. So the homebrew stuff should show correctly. Homebrew games might not run correctly because of the format they run in but the apps should work fine.

they look cool, but i think its a wast of money....i like the old fat ones
