replace the full psp shell?

I got my new psp shell in teh mail today iv managed to get my faceplate off but cant seem to remove the back of the psp.... does anyone know any guides which show how o remove the whole psp to place in a new shell? so far all the ones i find just sho the removal of faceplate....

any ideas?

I have boken my motehr board....... the clasps that hold teh screen cables to teh mainboard have broken...... I have seen new motherboards on ebay.... will these go into my psp? everything else i have here is fine just the connections for teh screen on the moterboard are boke.... what model of mobo do i need will any psp mobo work?

sorry about the double post i was in a bit of a panic, is there a guide i can use to see what mothrboard i have?
