how to upgrade 3.52 fw to 3.71 m33-2 ?

i have a psp slim running 3.71 m33-2 with a 4gb magic memory stick
and my nephew has a fat psp running 3.52 ( not cfw ) so i want to upgrade his psp up to the same firmware i have
but i dont want to damage my magic memory stick
so do you think i should follow the cementerio tutorial ?

hello asddasit

ok .. i have the pandora`s battery and magic memory stick ready that i have created with my new psps slim. acording to the readme file of the despertar cementerio program ....you can use the pandora`s battery and memory stick on any psp after that .
if i try to use the battery on my nephew`s fat psp it just wont work
and when i try to use a regular battery with the magic memory stick and the update 3.71.PBP it wont work either.

please help

now ... remember that the fat psp is running 3.52 firmware

ugh

http://www.pspbrew.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9572 if your psp can run homebrew format ur memstick n go to my tut on pandora eboot installer it will downgrade his 3.52 to 150 then u upgrade to cfw 3.52 m33-4 then go up agn to 3.71 m33-2

ok .. i finally got it

i went from 3.52 fm to 1.50
im happy :)

now .. all i need to do is upgrade from 1.50 to 3.71 m33-2
how do i do that without having to upgrade from 1.50 to 3.52 m33 and then to 3.71 m33-2 ?

ugh

cant u have to have 3.52m33-4 then you can go to 3.71

Well I would imagine all you need to do is upgrade to 3.71M33 from 1.50 then apply the 2nd patch to it and the 1.50 addon. Just install it. Or you could just install 3.52M33 then upgrade to the 4th patch and be done with it and not ahve to worry about 1.50 addon or anything.

nope

The only way to go to 3.71m33 is from 3.52m33-3 or 4

OK
i did it .... i went from 1.50 to 3.52 m33 then to 3.71 m33-2
but now the fat psp running 3.71 m33-2 wont start with the memory stick inside
i have to take it out and then restart the psp ...and the isos wont work either

please help

nope

reboot psp but hold R trigger n click usb mode then on ur pc go to my computer n right click psp drive n hit format
