Downgrading to 1.5 problems, need help

Hey guys, Im using the lumines exploit atm with Advent's tutorial. Im at this part:

Now go back to Game -> Memory Stick. A new application should pop up called ‘PSP Update Ver. X.YZ’ It should be a redd-ish icon. Click on it and now you shall shortly begin to downgrade

However, when I click it I get the "Extracting special prx’s from pbp" but below it I get a message telling me that the update.pbp file cannot be found.

However, I downloaded the 163_eboot_1.5.zip and renaded the EBOOT file to UPDATE.PBP and put it in the PSP > Game > UPDATE folder as instructed.

Any reasons to why its not finding the Update.PBP file I place in the UPDATE folder?

r u sure its a pbp file n not named .pbp

yea, Im at 1.5 now. I just need to install the CFW. I read some threads and people seem to say that 3.51 (dont know hte specific name) is the way to go because it is capadable with more games.

Question, where do I download games? Im interested in getting a NES emulator, PSX emulator, and PSP games but have no idea where to pic them up. Any good sites I should take a look at?

this is 3.52 m33-4 run kxpolit perm patcher first then m33 up date then the m33-4 update

eck, could you clarify that. whats kxpolit perm patcher? Do I download it all at the same site?

I have most of the latest emulators and stuff on my site for ya to see, and ya might know where to get the game files..

Hey Eck, I got your bundle and updated to 3.52 m33 but dont seem to have the M33 Update. I checked all the files, and I have one curropted file, so Im thinking thats it. What should I do now?

Edit: NM, figured it out. It was that March 33 thing right?

So when you go under settings/system settings, what is your firmware?

ur firmware should say 3.52M33-4
