Help for Pandora's battery

Hi, i need help for pandora's battery. When i did all the formatting including the mspformat and making a new folder "GAME" to put the pandora folders in the next step is to Run installer on the PSP. This will create the file needed to reflash your PSP (There should now be a file named "msipl.bin" at the root of the Memory Stick). but then after that it says The game could not be started (80020140) is something wrong? i followed the instructions step by step. I currently have 3.52m33-4 on my psp plz help

what do u mean what version, its a fat psp and im running on a 3.52m33-4 ?
