How to unstick an analog stick (not a pun)

Hey. I was just wondering does anyone know how to get to stop going in a direction?

I've done it!!! No replacement Needed!!! All you need to do is take out the analog unit,
take off the clip,
and fully disasemble the analog unit and reassemble
