Help installing CFW on slim w\3.71

Just got a psp slim with 3.71 OFW on it. I have a phat running 3.71M33-4 , I just have never done anything with the slims and I need some help.
Since I have a psp with CFW i am able to make a pandora battery if I have to. I want to put Custom FW on the slim but I have no idea how. I know that I will probably have to do the whole pandora and magic mem stick thing I just have never done either of these either. If anyone could help with this or direct me to a tutorial that covers all of it that would be great.

you do have to fo the pandora and magic ms to install cfw on your slim ok lemme see.... heres a link
