Changing the welcome graphics/sound?

How do I change the welcome thingy on my PSP? At the same time how do I use XMB themes? Where can I download these stuff?

I did check but could not find it and the one that i found were cintros (currently not working on my cfw).

I got the game boot to work but can't get the welcome movie to work.

Does anyone know where to find cool gameboots (links) and a tutorial for changing the welcome screen?

Edit: Ok I found a few files for my psp sound boot but the instructions tell me to place it in a the vsh/module folder but I don't have that kind of folder plus the files are .prx instead of .rco

What should I do?
