idk im getting 80020148 error again, and i still cant run universal remote...

Yes, it does, but you must be sure to install the addon update 1.50 kernel in order for it to work. You can get v2 and you will also need a copy of the 1.50 FW (Read this tutorial and also read my last reply--since I also mention to conduct a few more steps in order to get everything working perfect): http://pspbrew.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10949 (if you run into more issues, be sure to ask your questions there in that thread.. Just one more thing, I don't know anything about the Universal Remote, but I am sure that if you run the installation properly and then add all your homebrew in the GAME150 folder--everything should be okay.

ahh yay thanks a lot i had forgotten to get kernal....

but the Universal remote was just two files like all other homebrew, i put it on my GAME150 and when i start it and says "goodbye" and exits

Like I said before, read the last reply in that thread where I post more instructions after you do an upgrade. What I did, was format the memory stick before doing the upgrade and then I formatted the stick again after the upgrade then loaded all my EMUs and games (conducted a backup of just the games and EMUs.)
