ok i have a fat psp with CFW 3.80 m33-5

ok firstly how can i run homebrew on my firmware coz it neva seems 2 work
it always says " this application could not be started" or somethin lk that

can i run homebrew threw ir shell??
or do i need some other program 2 make it work?
is the program called kernal 1.5 or somethin lk that???

and can the kernal thingy brick ur psp if u use it wrong??

also what is a good GBA emulator??

is it posible to run windows vista threw ur psp??

and lastly what is the best homebrew that u can put on ur psp (other than ir shell)
