xmb is moving slowly????

ok i just turned on my psp just now and it takes ages to load up and the screen is shaking and quivering. The XMB moves really slowly when i scroll through and i tried loading a umd it just keeps repeating the PSP screen logo thing.

im really freaked out im running 3.80m33-5. Has anyone else had this problem???

Maybe you somehow activated the VSH menu and changed the default XMB CPU speed?
Open the VSH menu and check to see if it's set to either default or 222 mHz.
