plz help, im not sure what's up.

Im on 3.40 OE-A. I got a version of Patapon and i loaded it up but i didn't do anything during the loading screen, so i got a different 1 thinking it was a dud file, but the same thing happened. So this made me think that I may need a newer firmware, but then i thought that if it needed a new firmware it wouldnt even load. Is my firmware good to play new releases of do i need to upgrade?

2 tell you the truth im not sure but maybe your firmware should get an update.
im running the first 3.52 M33 and im having no trouble running games.
(the only reason i havnt updated 2 an even newer one is because 1.) im 2 lazy 2 look it up.
2.)and because even if i wasnt lazy im gunna wait till the
new version of 3.90 m33 comes out so i dont have 2
deal with bugs.
