Rearrange the order of the games in the memory stick?

I was wondering if there is a clever way to reorganize the games in the memory stick? I seem to always see that most current emu or game that I have added on the top of the list. I was wondering if we can rearrange them? Alphabetically or something?

I don't wish to do this with my computer by reloading them in an order so they could be in that arrangement--takes time.

haha i was actually wondering the same thing, i installed my snes emu 1st of anything, so its at the bottom of the list its annoying

you know what would be sweet that i was wondering, wonder if it would be possible to make it so that in the list instead of the emu you could make a custom tab for a specific game, and when clicked would automatically load the game and the emulator that is played on (im sure it is, just not sure if its been done yet)

so if say you wanted to play like mario, instead of going to the emulator and then loading the game, you would just click the a mario icon in the memory stick and it would load both the emu and game

Get Filer 4.8. after it starts up press triangle then
do "reorder xmb icons"

You can also use filer to install homebrew or unzip roms as it now supports .rar and .zip

Is this an application that only runs in your GAME150 folder when you need it? So it won't be running all the time or take over the XMB menu? Because reading the details, its not that clear and it seems a bit untrustworthy if you press the wrong settings.

nah i just used it (im on slim btw if it matters)

its just a program like any other thats in your memory stick, you run the program and inside of it you rearrange the icons or whatever else you want then save it and exit the program and you are back to the main psp with it arranged how you want.

Okay I just installed it, but how do I now rearrange the Games or EMUs on the memory stick? Tutorial please?

P.S. I only installed the Filer folder inside the GAME150 folder, but I think I didn't need to put the Kernel3 folder, since I have a fat PSP--am I right?

yeah you don't need the kernal 3 one

like he said, press triangle and then the 'rearrange xmb icons' one, on mine it was by pressing the left button

then go to that and rearrange, and then press start i believe to save and exit

then press select and then whatever button it says to exit

yeah, thanks man. I did realize you were telling me, but you gotta give me a chance to get used to the first screen.. lots of buttons to push to do many things. But nevertheless, it's an awesome program. I have already re-ordered the XMB icons, put Filer all the way to the bottom so my friends don't enter it (I'll let them know not to open that, since its not a game). I love it because now I can read all the text files inside the EMU folders!! Now I can make sure to upload the install.txt and other docs, so when I need to learn a trick or two about the new EMU or provide help here or there, I can quickly read it through this program, without having to use my PC. Love it!! Love it!! Love it!!

Yeah you can even use it to install new homebrew! I remember when I had to use anonymous tipster's zip/rar plugin to do stuff, no need for that anymore!

It plays MP3s too!

Download the .zip or .rar to COMMON and go to common in filer

Tip: Remember "O" is select "X" brings up the selected file option menu

once you get to the the zip(e.g. filer4.8.zip)
press "O" and it will show the contents of the zip
once on the zip you can read the readme without unzipping it
after you read it goto the folder you need and press "X"
Then press "O"
for "Copy/Move current file" select the
GAME or GAME150 folder and press "Triangle"

go back and obtain the folder with the "%" on it if necessary
And your done!

The same can be used for roms just go into the zip and obtain the
.bin .z64 .gba .gb .gbc .v64 or whatever the extension is

and copy it to the correct folder you can delete the zip afterwards too!

Is the folder COMMON something you must create? Or where exactly is it?
