slow psp

my psp is SLOW!

it just became like INSANLY slow! I reformated my memory stick to try to solve the problem, and nothing, its still SUPER SUPER SLOW! like when i hit over to move around the main menu, it take slike 10 sec to move.. I have 3.90m33-2. I might just try my pandoras battery again? idk what to do..Atleast games run at normal speed:D
any help?

10 seconds of delay to move in the XMB menu is a strange. I wonder if your symptoms would improve when you are in the main menu, if you click on Select to open the M33 VSH Menu and then adjust the CPU Clock XMB to 333/166? Have you tried that?

I think the memory stick should not slow your menu skipping at least in the XMB menu--but not too sure about that.

Have you recently messed with your XMB sounds or themes or anything? Or have you lowered your clock speed?

how do you go change the clock speed?
like where do i have to go?
recovery mode?

Yea, clock speed 111mhz lol. Common semi-noob mistake. Been there many times.
