The game150 folder is not where you put your hoomebrew games now, you just put them in the game folder with you 150 kernal enabled.

This is confusing. Some instructions we are told to put them in the GAME150 folder in order to run it with M33 CFWs. I wish there was a good explanation about this.
FYI, I have a CFW 3.90 M33-2 and have put all games (Emus & Homebrew) and apps (Filer) (except ISOs and CSOs) in my GAME150 folder and they run good.
I have a feeling that when you updated to 3.90 M33-2, you didn't conduct a reset as instructed here:
look for my reply where I give instructions about the Recovery Menu to learn how to reset the Recovery Menu

Lets clear things up!
The GAME folder by default runs games under the 3.90 kernel.
Some apps require the 3.90 kernel(e.g. PSP Tube, PSP Maps)
The GAME150 folder by default runs apps under the 1.50 kernel.
Some apps require this(e.g. Filer, Daedalus, gpSP)

If the app has two folders, one with a % and one without
(Ex: 'Daedalus' and 'Daedalus%') Then you stick those in the GAME150 folder (If you have the kernel addon)
now i'm confused

I have the add on and my games are in the game folder, they run fun with the 150 kernal on.
So I'll just keep me little mooth cloosed and be a happy observer.

Not always. If you notice I put Filer in the example Filer has only one folder but still must be run under the 1.50 kernel.

I said if there are 2* folders, then they should probably go in the GAME150 folder.
