Is there are any alternatives for LocationFree?

Is there are any alternatives for LocationFree TV on PSP? Basically I wanna be able to watch TV from anywhere in the world (well mostly USA and Europe). I was thinking of getting Sony LocationFree TV Base station but I though maybe there are some better or cheaper alternatives. Thanks for your help!

You should look into pmpstreamer and yes, there's a program more dedicated to TV on the PSP. The name is very simple but I can't remember it right now. I don't mean to be an donkey, but google should turn a result up pretty fast.
