which Normal FAT PSP Firmware is the best? that able to play downloaded games , play videos music ETC...

do you mean official sony firmware?And if you do what are you at... But to play downloaded games you need Custom Firmware..Look under the Tutorials for a Pandora's battery guide.

3.52 M33-4 used to be a main one, but there are more games that are out that require a higher firmware to play so I guess I'd suggest 3.71 M33-4.

Theyre all good and pretty much do the same things. Most people use anything from 3.52 M33-4 and up.

Unless a game demands higher, I think 3.71 M33-4 is the best out there. I would mod my fatty with this in your situation.

Im on 3.90m33-3 and everything works well for me.
