Help with3.73, Tried everything, please help please!!!!!!!
Ok i am noob as usual. I have 3.73 on my PSP. I've downloaded pandora's and followed everything. After Step where i copy the installer and battery files and other file after renaming it to update.pbp i switch the psp off after disabling the usb and tke the memory card out, insert it back again and go to game>memory stick and i find 4 files. First one is pandora's battery firm. installer, second one is corrupted data, third one is corrupted data and the fourth one is pandora's battery creator. like it said on the tutorial i tried to execute pandora's battery firm. installer. PSP shuts down and it reboots i get an error message saying "the game could not be started (8002014C) " I am going bonkers here. Can anybody help me?I am using a 2gb sony mem stick, i also tried it with 32mb(dint work) and i have the same battery PSP-110 3.6v 1800mAh. Can someone guide me through this?I also tried to install 302_BASIC_Installer_150.exe first and then copy the installer and battery files into the psp into a folder called game150. Somebody please help.



Do you mean i need to have custom firmware installed before i do start the pandora's battery thing?Can you give me some examples of custom firmware?Do i have to reformat my mem stick again for custom firmware?I thought i had to downgrade to v1.50 before i can install custom firmware. Am i right or wrong?Help?



You have to downgrade to 1.50, from there you can use pandora BUT it is suggested that you update to at least 3.40 OE-A custom firmware before you do stuff.

Well, you might need a 256mb-1gb memory stick..I think people have gotten them to work higher than 1gb, but im not positive that everyone will. But you can try downloading the "totalnewbi easy installer" and just let that do its thing.. Also this will sound VERY dumb, (but you didnt mention it in ur post above) but you do have a pandoraized battery right?

Ok i am using a 2gb mem stick. Pandorizing the battery, i am bit confused here i tried the total newbi installer still doesnt work. Well talking about the pandorized battery are you referring to the software or that i have to open the battery and take the pin out as it says in the tutorials?

opening the battery and taking the pin out.. About the memory card, im not sure you might be able to use a 2gig, but i also could be mistaken.

Ok i didnot do that. I am gonna open my battery now and remove the pin. Now after doing that its the ame process right?Would that work?

it should work, just make sure you are good at it.. What i did was took a exacto knife, cut around the battery to pop the cover out, then found the chip (look in the tut section and make sure you have the right chip) and make sure you DON'T TOUCH THE PIN WITH ANY OTHER PIN, OR YOU DON'T HAVE A METAL OBJECT TOUCHING 2 PINS AT THE SAME TIME! this could cause an shortage, explosion, or numerous of things (i have herd)

As always, pspbrew (or me) is not liable if you do any damage to your psp, or yourself.

Also do you have an origional battery, because sony is now makeing a "pandora proof" battery.

oops...too late damn i think i screwed my battery. Is it possible to buy one online the pandora battery?Doesnt start anymore on the bttery. Popped it open and tried to take the fourth pin out i dont know where i screwed up. But anyways can you direct me to the corrext place to buy this battery?Thanks and hell no i aint gonna hold anybody responsible.
