I didn't think slims could go to 1.50? If so why don't they have a 1.50 addon? >.>

Okay now I have another problem. I forgot to ask what program I'm supposed to use to run the 1.50 recovery file that you just told me about Advent.

You should be able to download the files on there and stick them on your memory stick in that directory.

But it wont work for him, going to 1.5 on a slim won't work without time machine. Why is your PSP a semi-brick? If it is a theme issue or anything acessesable through USB mode, you can use recovery for that.

Haha yea maybe. the 'semi' kinda looks like 'slim' if you skim through the post. I hardly ever read help posts anymore thoroughly, I just skim them.

At least I wasn't the only one who mis-read his post :p

I didn't edit my post ace. I'm kinda anal on my sentences LOL.
*edit*
Also I think the psp slim can go to 1.50, thanks to Dark-Alex's time machine.

Yea, but you were trying to recover. That's why I said that.
