Need help making an opening_plugin.rco

Hi all, I'm basically trying to alter the text to read ^eRrOR^'s PsP but when done and moved to psp nothing shows up where the sony text used to, psp still boots fine though and I always make back up's (not new to modding, just new to psp rco modding)

my firmware is 3.71 m33-4 and the rco I'm using to make this rco is an uncompressed rco for 3.71 (google is great eh? ), I'm using paint shop pro and photoshop 7 but I get the same results every time

so, with this info in your armory, can you either tell me what I'm doing wrong or point me in the direction of a good tutorial please?
