Updating from 3.71m33-4 on a PSP 2000

What CFW am I able to go up to with the Slim?
Also, what steps do I have to take to update? What I mean is do I have to go from this version to 3.80 then the next one etc? Or is there a certain point where I can go straight to the latest version?
