Running two firmwares at once

however I can't remember or find the name of the plugin/app that allows you to do it.
What plugin/app is it that allows you to have 2 custom firmwares? (2 custom, or 1 official/1custom) where it runs one off your memory stick or something? (allows you to choose what firmware to run off of)
