cwcheat help

alright i downloaded cwcheat, and in order to add a game, i need the sony code for socom us navy seals fireteam bravo 2. Can anyone help me find it? or does anyone already know it?

its right on the front of the umd. as: UCUS 986_5 I have ftb 1 and the only number changed is the underscored one.
