downgrading 3.02

can some one send me a link for the downgrader for version 3.02 firmware?

There isn't one. You will need to update to 3.03 and then use the downgrader tutorial in our tutorials section (there is a master list that will help you find what you are looking for).
Also, you can send a private message to arto14 of our forum for ez installers.

how safe is what? the 3.03 downgrader? If you are asking about that I'd say very. I've used it nearly 15 times.
