I am so confused

I have a psp with 3.03 and an unpatched version of GTA LCS. I would like to get to 3.03 OE-C but I have no clue how to. So if anybody could help I would really appreciate it.

I am doing something wrong but I dont know what. Affter I try to follow the first few steps then load GTA LCS it loads the game like it should if I wasnt trying to downgrade. So does anybody have troubleshooting advice or some really really easy steps to follow?

How do you know your GTA is not patched?

to tell if if you have the right GTA go put it in to your UMD drive and go to the game menu and if it says upgrade to 2.00 you have the right one but if it says other you dont have the right one.

I got it now. I was just putting the files in the wrong folders.
