im using custom 3.03-oe-c

jus dunno how to exACTLY CHANGE THE FILES

Once that menu is open you will see(sorry i dont reamber it perfect quote) USB(flash 0).Click that. You will now have a new drive on the PC,Open it up and then look for the files with the same names as the theme files. Once you find one simple drag and drop the theme file into that folder of the PSP,it will ask you if you want to replace the file. Say yes. Do it one at a time,once you are done exit recovery mode and boot the PSP up.

psp filer can also do this. I use it to make backups on my memory stick before flashing.
